Return rules of goods

Return and exchange of goods:

1.1. Defects in the goods are repaired, low-quality goods are replaced and returned in accordance with the provisions of Chapter CKXVIII1 of the Republic of Lithuania.

1.2. In order to return the product (s) in accordance with the provisions of Article 6.22810 of the CC of the Republic of Lithuania, the Buyer may do so within 14 (fourteen) days from the date of delivery of the goods to the Buyer.

1.3. When the buyer returns goods, the following conditions must be met:

1.3.1. returned product must be in the original packaging (with instructions and warranty card, if they were delivered with the product);

1.3.2. goods must be undamaged by the Buyer;

1.3.3. product must be unused, without losing its commercial appearance (undamaged labels, peeled off protective film, etc.) (this item does not apply in case of return of defective product);

1.3.4. returned product must be in the same configuration as the Buyer received it;

1.3.5. when returning goods, a document confirming its purchase must be submitted.

1.4. When returning the goods, it is necessary to present a VAT invoice, which was received together with the consignment, or another document confirming the purchase of the goods from the Seller.

1.5. The Seller has the right not to accept the goods returned by the Buyer if the Buyer does not comply with clauses 1.3.-1.5. return procedures.

1.6. In case of return of the goods, Seller undertakes to transfer the money for the returned goods to the Buyer only after the evaluation of the returned goods. The money is transferred only to the payer's account.

1.7. When returning is received wrong product and / or poor quality product, the Seller undertakes to take back such goods and replace them with similar suitable goods. In the event that the Seller does not have goods suitable for replacement, the amount paid shall be refunded to the Buyer.

1.8. The Buyer is responsible for the complete set of the returned goods.

1.10. If the delivered product does not meet the quality requirements, the buyer can contact Taikos str. 12, Galgiai village, Vilnius district. LT-13102.
